Don’t miss this powerful exhibit! Draw Them In, Paint Them Out: Trenton Doyle Hancock Confronts Philip Guston is on view at The Jewish Museum, NYC, through March 30, 2025.
Works by Philip Guston and Trenton Doyle Hancock, a leading contemporary artist, are displayed together, exploring art’s role in social justice. Guston’s satirical Ku Klux Klan paintings (1930's) engage with Hancock’s response to the work of his inspirational mentor
of nearly 30 years.
On March 23, 2025, Trenton will lead a tour of the exhibition for Museum Members from 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
